What happens if I arrive early?
You are more than welcome to arrive early, insha Allah we will try our best to accommodate all early arrivals.
When will the session begin on August 18th?
We will be ng the session some time after everyone checked-in. But more details will be provided to you closer to the date.
How many room types are available?
Three room types are available: Single, Double, and Triple.
Can I register for the lectures without any accommodation?
Currently, we are only selling packages with on-site accommodation. This may change in the future, subject to availability.
What if I want to register for a shared room but don’t have family or friends who want to come with me?
We will do our best to allocate a shared room for you, but this is not guaranteed.
Will I get recordings of the classes?
No recordings are available for Ilmsummit classes.
What subjects are being covered this year?
You will receive the comprehensive list of subjects and topics for the upcoming Ilmsummit in late June or early July.
Is there babysitting available?
We regret to inform you that babysitting services are unavailable during the Ilmsummit program.
Is there a kids' program available?
We are working on a kids’ program for Ilmsummit, and more details will be available soon.
What is the age group for children's program?
The children’s program’s age range will likely be 4-11, but more details will be available soon.
When selecting on the form, please input your children’s information (age 4-11), and they will be added to the children’s program automatically.
For children age 3 and younger, we will have a Mothers’ Room available.
Does Ilmsummit offer financial aid or scholarships?
Currently, Ilmsummit does not provide financial aid or scholarships for participants.
Are there any assistance programs available for Ilmsummit?
While financial aid and scholarships are unavailable, Ilmsummit offers installment plans to help participants manage their payments effectively.
How can I take advantage of the installment plans?
Participants can select the installment plans during the registration process. This option enables them to make payments in installments, with adjusted amounts, ensuring flexibility while meeting their financial considerations.

What is the refund policy?
You can receive a full refund up until May 15, 2024. After this date, refunds will not be available for those who sign up after this date.

Generally, students are expected to be 17 years of age or older. Younger students will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
