It was the most outstanding thing that I have done for my life. It got me up on my deem I am new muslim and this course put me on the straight path I now understand more than ever before this course need to be brought to smaller towns like mine so the knowdledge can be spread. I wish it was closer than I could get a better education.All muslim should be inriched with this knowdledge it is a excellent course it was worth every penny I had to be able to embrace this.May Allah be pleased with class and instructor.You will shed tears if you Love the Profet(SWT).

Assalamu Alaikum, It was a privilege to take an Al-Maghrib class in Albuquerque. I have been waiting for an opportunity to increase my Islamic knowledge. Most of the Al-Maghrib classes are in cities too far away and having it in Albuquerque exposed many people who have not gone to such a structured Islamic classes and opportunity to see what it is all about. I pray that Insha-Allah Al-Maghrib returns to Albuquerque and that we can all benefit from the knowledge. I can’t wait for the next one!

This isn't my first time but this time Dr. Ali Shehata made me realize many facts about the world I am living in. I really am glad that I attended, I learned alot and Inshallah in the future I will attend more and gain more knowledge.

Subhanallah, I have just attended my first Al Maghrib course and the only words I can use to nearly describe it is "I have literally been blown away!!!". This is knowledge which is at another level and the courses are run so professionally and at an amazing academic medium. WARNING!!! Just one course and you will be addicted (I swear by it). Just took Sacred Scrolls and it was fantastico, the way AE and YQ go into so much depth leaves you bamboozled and for a minute i forgot to write down my notes. That's how deep it gets, and the tangents are the best parts because we learn much more...remember "the ilm is in the ilm not in the text"

Divine Link: Fiqh of Salah was an AMAZING seminar taught by an AMAZING instructor - S. Abu Eesa Niamatullah. His teaching style is unique, the content was intense but detailed but those two weekends just flew by. His sense of humour...dry!! I am attending the Shepherd's path by shaykh Abdulbary Yahya and it ends today and i am so sad and emotional about this because I dont want today to end.I have benefitted immensely from the life of the messenger of Allah.I have read books about the Prophet(SAW) but I have felt closer to the Prophet in this weekends than I have done from reading any books.When planning to attend ~I used to wonder how the message was going to be delivered and in the first class it was said that not a dry eye would be left at the end of the program, subhannallah, my eyes havent remained dry since the course started.I pray that Allah makes a way for me to attend the next al-maghrib course and I pray this wouldnt be my last.May Allah bless the shuyooks of al-maghrib with jannah insha Allah and may Allah bless Shaykh Abdulbary with good in this life and next for he has awakened the spirit and love for dawah in me and I sincerely pray and hope i benefit this ummah with the knowledge of the deen i have gathered so far.

Salaam aly kum, My first visit to an Al Maghrib course the last two weekends in Bradford attending the Heart Serene have left me with wihdrawal symptoms. Im mourning the time time I lost stuck in the Duniya and realised that my anxities and stresses were due to the fact that I had failed to feed my soul. Alhamdulilah Im maintaining contact with all the sisters I met at the course it was like a mini family knitted together, a time spent together cleansing our souls. Now I see my working day as Ibadah,my time exercising as Ibadah, my time with my family as Ibadah, not just Ibadah on your own confined to a prayer mat but now a family coming together to pray together....Alhamdulilah I feel like my heart grew bigger overwhelmed by my remorse and filled with love For Allah SWT and his messenger. Awaken your soul people we're like zombies trapped in the rat race not seeing that we cage our souls with matters that dissolve easily when you really think about it. REALLY REALLY RATE THE COURSE so come on all you zombies sign up and feed your soul! Wasalaam.

Shaykh Waleed is a great teacher I like his teaching style he is very personal with his students in the way, he converses with them like a father does to his children or a brother to his sister. I attended rays of faith class it was great everyone was nice it was awesome lol!!! good job to the sheykh InshaAllah i want to go to as many classes as possible!

THE BEST CLASS I HAVE EVER TAKEN IN MY LIFE WAS PRECIOUS PROVISIONS TAUGHT BY SHIEKH YASIR QADHI! not only was he amazing but that class changed my life! I think everyone needs to take this class because its the basic stuff about our everyday life that we didn't even know about! I've already stopped eating outside meat, changed the way i eat (manners etc), dress modestly! May Allah guide us all in the right path!!!

Assalamu Alaikum Sheikh Waleed Basyouni is an amazing Teacher. I enjoyed his double weekend Torch Bearers course very much. I would say his style of teaching coupled with his very very funny, pleasant, sincere personality touched every person sitting in the lecture theatre for those 2 weekends and I’m sure most people actually felt like ‘they relived/revisited’ each and every era he spoke about and ‘personally met’ all the significant figures mentioned . I liked the fact that he wants people to be awake during his lessons to absorb the most knowledge, he is aware that people aren’t all the same and can tend to switch off.. esp after lunch.........! The breaks & all the stretching were definitely welcome. Classes are interactive, themes were fun .. I’ve learnt things I didn’t realise I had learnt & spoken about the course so much and never actually thought I would. Honestly speaking I didn’t think I was going to learn anything. Waleed Basyouni is super intelligent, super funny, super humble & absolutely fabulous.

I'm only half way through this seminar but SubhanAllah this course is such an intense experiecnce...Its an experience which has and InsyAllah will continue, to impact my life. I feel so sad that the course will end next week...and this intense journey will end with the death, of our beloved Prophet Salallahu Alaihi Wasalam. I cant describe how I feel...I know he Salalahu Alaii Wasalam is no longer on this earth but you will only appreciate what I feel when you attend this Seminar. May Allah Subhana Tala reward the Shaykh for all his efforts.

sai just to say that al maghrib institute is a fantastic institute but i just wished that maybe you could deliever more lectures here in london. i'm in my youth but i must say you have inspired me. although, much of the youth are really not interesting in the deen insha allah when i grow up i want to be a character in islam.

Purification of the Heart I came across Al Maghrib through a short infomercial at an Islamic Conference i attended in the Summer of 2008, and was amazed, thought to myself 'wooow' this seems amazing..the ad was quite affective. Although i have always been pretty modest and believed that ISLAM is the only true way of life...i however wasn't at all literate about the Deen to say the least, in the sense that i didn't really know what it meant to be a true MUSLIM/Believer. Sadly many people are conceived by the notion that having a clean/pure heart is all one needs to be a good Muslim...misconception…to be a true believer one needs to exemplify and lead life in accordance to ALL the laws of ALLAH SWT and the Sunnah of Prophet Mohammad SAW. By the guidance and grace of ALLAH SWT, my life has changed for the better since the conference – Alhumdolillah!! My first AL Maghrib class was A Heart Serene Studies in Tazkiya following the conference, and I must say that I ABSOLUTELY LOVED the class, the Instructor Riad Ouarzazi, the atmosphere and the unity of brotherhood and sisterhood that you feel within the class. How we as Muslims should be, I have only seen at Al Maghrib class so far, therefore, I will NEVER Insha’ALLAH waa taa’alah miss any Al Maghrib classes. I recommend these courses to everyone – even to the ‘not yet Muslims’ out there seeking the truth… May ALLAH SWT bless Muhammad Alshareef (and all those responsible) for this grand inspiration and put baaraka in all that he does…I have only heard amazing things about the other Instructors and am anticipating my next class The Torch Bearers. My only regret is missing all the previous courses…Insha’ALLAH they’ll return because I intend on taking each and every single one and even retaking any one of the classes. That’s how much influence these courses have upon you and will most definitely instill in your heart true love for this Deen, Islamic knowledge, love for living life and loving ALLAH SWT... As-salaam 'alaykum fellow AlMaghribiz, Alhamdulillah, truly Alhamdulillah. I jeeust could not wait to even finish the first ever seminar -- I HAD to say something! The first three days of the seminar have been a true joy, and while looking forward to attend the rest of the seminar next weekend, I'm already going through the withdrawals -- in just three days, almost all of the attendees have reached the 'AlMaghrib High' here in Calgary! And I'm sure we're all loving that 'high' Alhamdulillah! .. words just aren't enough to describe the uplifting feelings that one experiences in the class -- except.. everyday with AlMaghrib is like a brand new Eid day, subhanAllah! We can't wait to get yet another seminar, right here..in the 'Heart of the New West'! Insha'Allah.

Assalamu'alaikum warahmatullah, Alhamdulillah Allah SWT gave me the chance to attend four of the seminars in Durbah - Fiqh of Love, Rizq Management, Sciences of Hadeeth and The Code of Scholars. And all of them were MashaAllah, very enlightening. It was AlMaghrib (by Allah's will) that made me change, walhamdulillah. Unfortunately, I am now back in my home country, Malaysia. I will not be able to attend any AlMaghrib classes anymore, until Allah knows when. I pray that AlMaghrib will come to Malaysia one day, inshaAllah. Jazakumullahu khayran katheera for the outstanding work!

I wish to thank Ustadh Muhammad AlShareef for the lecture at the 15th JIMAS International Conference in the UK (August 2008). I found the lectures inspirational and motivational, and it has provided a basis for me to seek more knowledge and an understanding of Islam.

It will change ones perception of calling out Allah's names and attributes. Masha'Allah, this seminar in its 2nd day has brought me closer to Allah swt. I have also come to appreciate the arabic language so much have realized the beauty and magnificant of Allah's names and attributes. Shaykh Yasir Qadhi did an excellent job conveying the message across and I hope insha'Allah other benefit from the seminar as much as I did. This seminar is also one of the most important seminars for one to attend.

I took the Sheikh yaser Birjas's class Heavenly Hues for the first time and, Subhan Allah I do not have words how wonderfull MashaAllah he is. Now I regret for not taking his earlier classes. If he is coming to a city near please please please do not let this chance go away.

Excellent professor: extremely knowlegeable, very methodic, well organized and solid communication skills. His CD "Fruits of Iman" is also amazing. I listened to it every moment I feel my Iman weaken and it gets me moving through the rough patches. May Allah grant him the most high of all jennahs and count him among those who are granted the privilege of seeing His noble face - Amine!

In the beginning my brother asked me if I wanted to join and I was like I don’t know. I don’t think I’m going to have time.(excuses). My brother kept asking me and so I was like whatever I'll just sign up. I tried signing up and for some reason it didn't work I was like that’s it. it was obviously a sign that I shouldn’t take the class. my brother didn't quit at that he insisted I join the class. so he talked to a few people and found a way to sign me up. I was like whatever I guess I have to go. (I wasn't really excited.) the day came for the class and I walked in to the class and was like this is going to be boring. After this class I stared to look at life in a totally different way!! I felt very comfortable in the class. I didn't even feel like I was learning because it was so fun and excited. We did many activities that really got you thinking. Anyways this class was defiantly an experience I will never forget. I learned to look at everything in a new way. If I could I would defiantly take this class again. This class made realize that your not going to live forever and you should make a change today!!!

This was an A-M-A-Z-I-N-G seminar!!! I was going through life thinking, that alhamdulillah, I was doing well...Sure, we could all use improvements in our lives, but I would make them insha'Allah... Not like I was kaafir or something! SubhaanAllah, taking this seminar changed my outlook on life! Alhamdulillah... it was all I needed to get me thinking about how I can't keep postponing when I'm going to make changes to my life... The vocabulary fails if am to describe the knowledge of Shaykh Yasir Birjas, he is a fountain of knowledge and there are a lot and lot of things that will keep you focussed on him throughout the lecture. His way of handling the classes, his experiences, his knowledge, his jokes, his way of interacting with the class..."Yaa Jama'ah"...Subahanallah. He is one instructor you should never miss. I have to say that Sheikh Yaser Birjas is honestly a gem to have in the classroom. MashAllah, he is not only phenomenal as an instructor but is also an expert in knowing how to keep the class lively and to keep students active in discussion. Alhamdulillah with the grace of Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala,I am so much happy to attend his classes in which he describes the course contents in a very systematic and organized way. I am so much encouraged seeing him researching and delivering lectures with so much enthusiasim that i said to myself yes, i want to be like him. May Allaah give Barakaah in Shaykh Yasir Qadhi's time and efforts and give him more energy, time and health to continue this great service.
